Season 2019 has been put to bed, and it’s already time to start thinking about the 2020 season.

There have been some changes at the Club, with the 2019 Committee standing down at the recent AGM, and a new Committee elected.

On behalf of all players, parents, and supporters, a huge thank you to Mell Coppin and Prue Coppin, outgoing President and Treasurer, and to Conor Hawkins who has been the Club Registrar for the last 4 years.

The 2020 Club Committee is as follows;

President – Michael Hardman

Secretary/Registrar – Stephanie Clifford Hosking

Treasurer – Tory Trewhitt

Committee – Lachlan Bunn

Committee – Jane Taylor

Committee – Justin Koschitzke

We have also had a number of parents offer to help with certain things next year, so we are off to a great start. We encourage everyone to get involved, so if you would like to help out in any way please contact me via email or on my mobile 0415 242 524.

Player registrations for 2020 opened November 1st, so please keep an eye out for those. We will be sending a email regarding registrations in the next week or so.

2020 Age Groups

As usual we will be offering an opportunity for everyone to play football, no matter what your age. Everything from Auskick for both Boys & Girls, to Under 16.5 Boys and Under 17.5 Girls. Click the link on our Home page to Register.

Why the .5 in the Age Groups?

This has been done to fall in line with your child’s year level at school, and so that there is less chance of being in different teams then their friends. Keep in mind there will always be some flexibility and we have the ability to request a player to play up, or down an age group.

Stay tuned for more information about pre-season training start dates, and 2020 season dates!

On behalf of the new Club Committee I want to wish everybody a Happy and Safe Christmas, and we all look forward to seeing you in the New Year!

Go Magpies!
